EO Paris Members Participate in EO Global Leadership Conference 2026 in Dublin
From 15 to 17 April 2026, members of the EO Paris Chapter joined entrepreneurs, chapter officers, and leadership teams from around the world at the EO Global Leadership Conference (GLC) 2026 in Dublin, Ireland.
Hosted at The Convention Centre Dublin, the conference brought together more than 2,100 entrepreneurs, EO leaders, guests, and professional staff from over 60 countries for three days of leadership training, peer exchange, and international collaboration.
The annual conference is one of the largest leadership gatherings within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization community and plays a central role in EO’s Path of Leadership programme, helping incoming chapter officers and regional leaders prepare for the year ahead.
Leadership Development on a Global Scale
The 2026 conference theme, “Legendary,” invited participants to reflect on leadership, legacy, and long-term impact within their entrepreneurial communities. Inspired by Ireland’s history and storytelling tradition, the event encouraged EO leaders to think beyond operational leadership and focus on the long-term influence they create through service and collaboration.
The conference programme included:
- role-based chapter officer training across 13 leadership tracks
- keynote presentations and workshops
- peer learning sessions
- experiential “Learn Arounds” across Dublin
- global networking and chapter collaboration opportunities
EO described the event as “where the future of EO leadership is shaped,” bringing together incoming chapter officers, regional council members, and entrepreneurs from across the world to prepare for the upcoming leadership year.
Learning, Peer Exchange, and Global Collaboration
Throughout the event, participants explored leadership, communication, governance, entrepreneurial growth, and organizational development through workshops, discussions, and collaborative learning sessions.
As with EO Paris events, peer exchange remained central to the conference experience.
Members openly discussed leadership challenges, chapter operations, and entrepreneurial experiences in environments built around trust, shared responsibility, and long-term relationships.
The conference reinforced one of the defining principles shared across EO chapters worldwide: peer learning is not networking.
World-Class Speakers and Experiential Learning
GLC 2026 featured presentations and workshops from internationally recognized speakers and entrepreneurs, including Steven Bartlett, Benjamin Hardy, Harris III, Philip McKernan, and Charlie Curtis.
Participants also took part in experiential “Learn Arounds” designed to combine leadership learning with Irish culture and entrepreneurial storytelling. Planned experiences included visits to Malahide Castle, Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Windmill Lane Recording Studios, and Dublin’s street art scene.
EO Paris Within the Global EO Community
Participation in GLC 2026 reinforced EO Paris’ commitment to growing as an internationally connected entrepreneurial learning community.
The event created opportunities for EO Paris members and leaders to exchange ideas with entrepreneurs from around the world while strengthening relationships across the wider EO network.
As EO Paris continues expanding its international presence, participation in global events like GLC helps strengthen the chapter’s long-term vision for entrepreneurial learning, leadership development, and peer exchange for French entrepreneurs who think globally and global entrepreneurs who embrace Paris.
