Lead Your Team Like the Patrouille de France — EO Paris Learning Event at La Fillo

On 7 April 2026, members of the EO Paris Chapter gathered at Le Fillo in Paris for a learning event featuring Patrick Dutartre and focused on leadership, alignment, trust, and team performance.

Titled “Lead Your Team Like the Patrouille de France,” the session brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and EO Paris members for an evening of structured learning, peer exchange, and shared discussion around leadership under pressure.

More than a conference, the event reflected the EO Paris approach to entrepreneurial learning: a talk, a structured peer-to-peer exchange, and a shared meal designed to continue conversations beyond the presentation itself.

Leadership Lessons from the Patrouille de France

Introduced by Hubert Chartin, Patrick Dutartre shared insights drawn from his experience leading the Patrouille de France, France’s elite aerobatic demonstration team.

Throughout the presentation, participants explored how trust, preparation, communication, and discipline allow high-performance teams to operate with precision in complex and high-pressure environments.

The discussion connected aviation leadership principles directly to entrepreneurship and organizational management, encouraging members to reflect on how alignment and collective responsibility influence long-term team performance.

The session also reinforced themes currently shaping the chapter’s strategic direction, including leadership consistency, communication clarity, and collaborative execution across the EO Paris community.

Peer Exchange Beyond the Presentation

As with all EO Paris learning events, the conversations continued beyond the formal presentation.

Following the talk, members exchanged perspectives and experiences around leadership, business growth, team management, and organizational culture in a trusted peer-learning environment.

These structured peer discussions remain central to the EO Paris experience. Members are encouraged to share openly, learn from one another, and discuss challenges honestly in ways that differ from traditional networking events or business development gatherings.

The evening reinforced one of the core principles of EO Paris: peer learning is not networking.

Conversations Over Dinner at La Fillo

The event continued with dinner and informal discussions between members, speakers, and guests at Le Fillo.

These moments outside the formal learning session allowed participants to deepen conversations, strengthen relationships, and continue exchanging ideas in a more relaxed setting.

By combining structured learning with trusted peer interaction and shared experiences, EO Paris continues to create an environment where entrepreneurs can learn from one another beyond the conference room.

A Learning Community Built on Trust and Alignment

The learning event at La Fillo reflected EO Paris’ ongoing commitment to building a structured, international entrepreneurial learning community focused on long-term growth, collaboration, and meaningful peer exchange.

Participants included members of the EO Paris leadership team and broader chapter community, including Guillaume Bakouch, Thierry Benita, Arnaud Lelache, Hubert CHARTIN, Jonathan Ferrebeuf, Edouard DUVAL, Ouarda Guergour Jason Barnard Mathieu Rouppert Pablo Acosta, Maylis Lavau Malfroy, Aigoul Serikbayeva.

As EO Paris continues to expand its international presence, events like this demonstrate how entrepreneurial learning, peer exchange, and human connection remain at the center of the chapter experience.
