EO Paris Leadership Team Holds Long-Term Planning Session in Paris
On 8 April 2026, members of the EO Paris Chapter leadership team gathered in Paris for a full-day long-term planning session focused on shaping the future direction of the chapter and preparing for the years ahead.
The session brought together select board members and chapter leaders for structured discussions centered on chapter growth, leadership continuity, international positioning, and the long-term development of EO Paris as an entrepreneurial learning community.
More than a planning meeting, the session reflected the EO Paris approach to leadership development: structured discussions, trusted peer exchange, and collaborative thinking designed to strengthen the chapter over the long term.
Strategic Discussions Around the Future of EO Paris
Throughout the day, participants explored how EO Paris can continue growing as an internationally connected entrepreneurial community rooted in French entrepreneurial culture while strengthening the experience and value delivered to members.
Discussions focused on:
- long-term chapter vision
- entrepreneurial community growth
- leadership continuity
- international positioning
- member experience
- communication and collaboration
- future chapter priorities
The planning session reinforced the importance of leadership alignment, communication clarity, and collaborative execution across the chapter’s leadership structure.
Leadership, Trust, and Shared Responsibility
EO regional trainer Gilberto Crombe and regional manager Dillon Martin participated in the summit discussions and leadership workshops designed to support the chapter’s future planning and organizational development.
Reflecting on the two-day leadership sessions in Paris, Dillon Martin highlighted the importance of creating environments built on “trust, ambition, and shared responsibility,” describing the experience as a reminder of “why leadership matters.”
The discussions encouraged collaboration between leadership members while reinforcing the importance of continuity, coordination, and peer learning across the organization.
Peer Exchange Between Chapter Leaders
As with all EO Paris leadership gatherings, the value of the session extended beyond operational planning.
Participants openly exchanged ideas, experiences, and perspectives around entrepreneurship, leadership, and chapter development in an environment built on trust and long-term relationships.
These peer discussions remain central to the EO Paris culture and continue to distinguish the chapter from traditional networking organizations.
The planning session reinforced one of the chapter’s core principles: peer learning is not networking.
Preparing the Next Phase of EO Paris
Participants included Guillaume Bakouch, Thierry Benita, Arnaud Lelache, Hubert Chartin, Jonathan Ferrebeuf, Edouard DuvalL, Ouarda Guergour Jason Barnard Mathieu Rouppert Pablo Acosta, Maylis Lavau Malfroy, Aigoul Serikbayeva.
The long-term planning session helped prepare the chapter for upcoming strategic activities, including the EO Paris Strategy Summit and preparations for the 2026–2027 chapter year.
As EO Paris continues expanding its international presence, leadership planning sessions like this help reinforce the chapter’s commitment to structured entrepreneurial learning, trusted peer exchange, and long-term entrepreneurial growth for French entrepreneurs who think globally and global entrepreneurs who embrace Paris.
