Hubert Chartin is Managing Partner and Founder of Wavetel SAS, a subsidiary of the Dutch group SIMAC TECHNIEK NV (1,350 employees), specialising in network and telecoms metrology, cybersecurity and photonics. Combining high-level technical expertise with strategic vision, he leads a business at the intersection of advanced R&D and new technology development across the IT and telecommunications sectors.
His entrepreneurial career has been built alongside a strong commitment to leadership communities: first the CJD (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants, France’s young business leaders’ network), then the APM (Association pour le Progrès du Management), before joining EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) in 2024.
Within the Paris chapter, he serves as Learning Chair in 2025-2026 and Membership Chair in 2026-2027, convinced that EO’s strength rests above all on the quality of its members and the richness of the experiences they share.
